Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally and delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
